Computational Methods In Mobile Telecommunication

Completed calendar_month 2014 group 2 Students

descriptionProject Overview

The main reason of this paper is to elucidate the specific computational methods applied in Mobile Telecommunication Industry, in view of their importance and underlying applications to the providers of mobile telephone services, including cellular, satellite and paging services also including wireless tower companies that own, operate and lease mobile site towers to multiple wireless service providers. In this field, computational methods have been widely used to make the firms run appropriately so as to provide efficient and reliable services to the public at large. Four areas of application of mathematical and statistical computational methods are clearly described. They include navigation, Image compression and reconstruction using Cubic Spline Interpolation Technique, the channel interpolation techniques at data subcarriers and the Long Interpolation of Audio Signals Using Linear Prediction in Sinusoidal Modeling.
