Our aim is to find out how multivariate statistic applies in scatterplot3d and matrix packages for R. R itself is a language which provides functions/commands used in these packages. When a multivariate data is applied on scatterplot3d. We obtain several diagrams such as helix and hemisphere which are used in architecture and civil Engineers. With the matrix package, multivariate date gives out constants Cs which are used for writing out the models for forecasting response variables using predictor variables. Wide variety of functions and operators are applied to objects from these programs to provide e ffi cient access to BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines) and Lapack (dense matrix).
