This project seeks to assess the level of data use from the District Health Infor- mation System in West Pokot at the County and facility level. Data that is used was collected from the county and the facility mentioned. Further information was taken from health records information oces. R-Methodology was employed during analysis. Relying on descriptive research de- sign, the study adapts a case study approach by focusing its evaluation on Kenya Health Information System statistical report 2013 projected from the 2009 Kenya population and housing census.
