Our report was aimed at understanding the position of the healthcare system in Siaya by analyzing the major diseases in order to find ways to better the system. We mainly relied on retrospective statistical analysis and measures of central tendency to study the trends. While we found out that the health system is grossly mismanaged and therefore failing in its purpose, we hope some of the ideas we present may be adopted to kick start the county into a robust healthcare system which is mandatory to attain maximum productivity.
