Data is very useful in decision making.The relevance of this project was to analyze the health challenges in Kajiado County.This includes:monitoring the patients health pin pointing outbreaks and finally issuing ideas that will improve the disease surveillance in the county.That was achieved through the use of R-GUI,a programming language that analyzed statistical data and drew graphs that were used to interpret the data.\Several causes of the disease were realised. They included;improper sanitation,insufficient health facilities,ignorance and negligence by patients,pregnant mothers and lactating mothers who fail to attend their clinic sessions accordingly
