The aim of this article is to emphasise the importance of computational methods in everyday life. In order to achieve this objective, the article will study the computational methods applied in Real Estate Investment Trusts such as Monte Carlo methods, Partial Differential Equations, Interpolation, Time Series, ANOVA and Correlation Analysis.
