This article considered the activities involved in a construction site as a network diagram and by use of DiagrammeR proposed a network analytic technique namely the Critical Path Method (CPM) for all activities involved in the site to obtain the latest finish time (completion time) of the project. In the project, DiagrammeR in R was applied in coming up with the flow chart ( Network Diagram) for construction management by making use of Graphviz functions.The main aim of the Network diagram was to help find maximum time required for the completion of a construction project.
