This paper aims at providing graphical analysis of the use of grammar of graphs in representing data.GGPLOT2 a package of R-software is used to formulate different graphical representations. The general objective of the study was to project the Kenyan central province land price since 1995. The study specifically looked comparing whether prices of land from different locations in central province i.e. southern central, eastern central, western central and northern central differ significantly by graphical representations. The study data was obtained from the KENYA NATIONAL BUREAU OF STATISTICS.
