This paper is an analysis of ‘experiment ‘and ‘DoseFinding’ packages of clinical trials in R program. Experimental design is a broad when analysed using R and clinical trials fall under this purview. Data analysed in this project was derived from the package databases using various commands. There is an analysis of ‘experiment’ package of the weight in different days. The ‘DoseFinding’ package looks into data that deals with melanoma in patients using a drug over a course of different years. The ‘DoseFinding’ is extensively discussed being that it deals with a pervasive topic in clinical trials.
