Significance Of Knitr, Latex, And Teaching Sampling Packages In Reproducible Research.
Reproducible research is defined as the ability of an entire analysis of an experiment or study to be replicated, either by the same researcher or by someone else working independently given that they are accessible to the same information. R programming has a vast number of packages that assist in carrying out analysis of data under reproducible research. In this manuscript, we aim to show the significance of knitr, LaTex and TeachingSampling packages under reproducible research. This study concentrates on analysing data of the country’s 2009 census and in particular, Nairobi province now county. We will use the knitr, LaTex and TeachingSampling libraries to analyse the census data. The results obtained are a duplicate of the census results.
