Kenya is increasingly focusing on the assessment of performance of health systems at the county level. Hence local data is used to assess progress and allocate resources to reduce inequalities within the counties. The DHIS allows for easier and faster reporting and better data quality control and feedback and more accurate reporting on the numerators of the coverage indicators.The aim of the study is to identify the major problems affecting the health sector and the health status in the county and to establish relationships (if any) and trend in various diseases. R-console is used to analyze and visualize the data from the DHIS of Uasin Gishu.
