This reports looks at the general health situation in Nandi county over the years 2013-2017. By critically analyzing the set of data provided by the District Health Infomation System(DHIS2) we are able to assess the trends in disease prevalence in the county and the general health services in the county. The results obtained from the assessment allowed one to clearly see the key challenges facing the health sector in Nandi county thus coming up with better policies that would improve the general healthcare sector. The report has made use of the R statistical package to visualize the data.
