This document offers a user documentation review of District Health Information System. To reach development goals for health improvement by Kenya, it is important to develop instruments for monitoring health status. In our documentation we are going to focus on the implementation of the information systems in Tana River County. This article consists of a non-participant observation whereby we used data obtained from DHIS. We used R programming to visualize the data and analyze the trends of the health statistical data in Tana River County. From the analysis, we found out that malaria and HIV cases were very high in the county. From our data, future prospects would be strategic plan to prevention of diseases and setting up of more health centers for treatment of patients. If the county establishes more health centers, health standards within the county will improve.
