In the recent past Nairobi County has been faced with different health challenges pertaining diseases such TB, HIV/AIDS, maternal and paternal health among others. The data was acquired from DHIS1 which is a health report of the county from years 2013-2017. Information gathered from health information system is important for monitoring health and improving the delivery of health care. The aim was to understand the trend of diseases affecting the people from the county over the years and causes of the trend. R was used to analyze the data and the results were presented in visuals.
