Mandera is a marginalized county. Foreign organizations have often come in to help in health matters. This shows there are major concerns in the health sector. The county is said to have recorded the highest maternal mortality rates in the world, besides it also suffers from frequent disease outbreak and infant mortality. The above problems prompted our research on the field to figure out ways to reduce disease infections, maternal deaths and hence improve the health sector in the county. With the help of tables, graphs, hypotheses and R-programming we will try to analyze the data provided by DHIS and come up with concrete realistic solutions.
