From the statistical point of view ,the health sector in developing countries have been in atrocious conditions over decades and this being an exigent issue invoked us to come up with an initiative of monitoring patients health, map disease outbreak, improve disease surveillance and speed up data access for health facilities and government organizations mostly in western province for year 2013 to 2017 using R-programming package in order to boast great visualization features and ability to create analysis from live data within a short time. The main aim was to analyze and interpret disease prevalence and general health care system in western region by use of line graphs and bar graphs to display some sickness scenarios that will make county health sector to make informed decisions on how to ameliorate the aggravated health situations in their respective counties.
