The following research gives a consummate view of the District Health Information System from the fourteen counties of the rift-valley. It also looks deeper into the analysis of this data with the view of having a comprehensive understanding of the general health conditions. The study was carried out after the inception of the devolved government, between 2013-2017. The data was obtained from hospitals within the rift valley with a view to help analyze the causes the poor health. A justification for the deteriorating health condition was established.
