This study was carried out to analyze data on health information systems from Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu Counties ranging from the year 2013-2017. The main aim was to determine the trends of the health variables and if there is any relationships of these variables amongst the three counties. Analysis of our data was done using statistical tool R. The result showed relationships between the variables of these counties. The study recommends that effective health policies aimed at improving health services be adequately established.
