Opinions are a vital component of an author’s work because they are key influences of almost all human behaviors. We carried out the research based on Jane Austen’s books to determine why her books are popular and highly recommended in March 2019. This project mainly focuses on text mining in R using tidy format and its application in sentiment analysis as a branch of Natural Language Processing which came as an advancement in Machine Learning. The author proves to have been a relevant writer in all her texts no wonder the popularity of the novels.
