We sought out to find more about hands-on applications of computational methods and statistical data analysis. We yearned to know further how what we acquire in class can be applied out in the practical fields and we got the chance to study how our course( computational methods and data analysis) can be put to use in the field of technology hardware and equipment in general and, in particular, electronic office equipment and computer hardware. Of most importance to us was how manufacturers and distributers of electronic office equipment apply computational methods and data analysis in their operations to improve efficiency and maximize on output. Further on was to explore how manufacturers and distributors of computers, servers, mainframes, workstations and other computer hardware apply computational methods and data analysis in their operations to boost performance hence growth.
